This time of year it could be allergy related. Have you tried Children's Claritin. I would run it by their Dr. First no mater what you choose.

I had really serious sinus headaches and fixed it using natural remedies. The only problem is that they take time but the good news is I have not had a recurrance since. I used to stand over a boiling kettle and breathe the steam for about 45 minutes to clear the sinuses. You can also get books on natural remedies and avoid further filling up your son's system with toxic chemicals. Hope this helps

The thing to try first is a humidfier in her room or inhaling steam from hot water. If that does not work it would be best to ask your doctor or phamacist.
