Nh4Cl + NaCl -----> NH4+ + Na+ + CL-

why am I thinking that the common ion effect disscussed in le chatlier's principle forces the formation of more NH4Cl?

is this an equillibrium or just a reaction

and is NH4CL a base which would result in a reased pH?

I AM GONNA GUESS 1, INCREASE

NaCl is just another salt, so the pH doesn't change. H3O+ is heavy water and is quite rare in most aqueous solutions. I would say no effect.

No effect. The only double replacement reaction possible would be the swapping of chlorides. This is what would happen:

NH4Cl + NaCl → NH4Cl + NaCl
