i enjoy a couple of drinks when i get home from work to chill out, i'm pretty much sat down for most of the day. but have noticed some expansion in places i'd preffer not to! i'm 34 years old and have done the GYM thing but by time i'm home i wanna sit and chill after a hard day...... expect the obvious answers of diets / don't drink etc... but if thats my only vice then why not.... SO..... what's the best home tried method of improving my stomach and chest area

200 crunches and 200 pushups everynight!!! ...6 days a week...this should get rid of your b1tch t1ts!

OK. Sorry to say this, you have to do SOME work to burn the calories.

Weight gain: 3,500 cals = 1lb of fat. This can come from beer, chocolate or celery. It makes no difference if you eat just before bed or whatever. Cals are cals.

Once you lose weight, you will see more muscle definition (or not). Then it's time for the crunches and pushups. Sorry man. No easy way.

Your drinking has become an addiction by definition. An addiction is something that affects your life negatively, essentially controlling one or more aspect(s) of it. Therefore you should stop drinking and hit the gym .If you work out more, you will have more energy after work and won't have to sit on your ***.

Man boobs, i like them :)...My hubby is all freaked out because he to is expanding, he is such a girl...I like the way he looks, but if he doesn't feel good about himself then he needs to do something...So i would give you the same answer...Now you could cut out the beer, that may help...Start walking, but a dog that will give you someone to workout with. Eat more veggies...

there is no home magic method. u want to look good - u have to work hard. i decided to look good so i decided to LOVE going to gym. so now i just simply LOVE it. i can't sit at home feeling my belly growing with fat. i prefer to pump it up at gym, feeling my six pack after i come home and sit at the sofa AFTER gym. so my advice - get disgusted with your fat, slobby body (and if isn't that bad yet it surely soon will be because of your life style) and make yourself LOVE gym. and your beautiful body. good luck

My man is the same as you.Are you really bothered?If you are happy with the way you are then it doesn't matter.I just see it as more to love.If it is affecting you I suggest push ups/sit ups.Always consult your doctor before doing any form of exercise.

Firstly - Avoid ANY Diet / no added Sugar drinks. They have Aspartame in and that shite really screws you up.

Really...if your not happy with yourself, do something about it. Try some sit ups, just a few a day...remember something is better than nothing.

ok, lots of sex.... try some exercise before you go to bed or chill out. of get some diet pills but you are going to need to add exercise with it........ sex is the best exercise. or ironing........... hahahaha
