Over the counter Anti-histamine, one of the oldest. Also sold as Chlor-Trimeton
It is a synthetic compound.
It works by blocking the body's Histamine receptors.
Reduces reactions to common allergens, sneezing, runny nose, itchiness. Side effects usually drowsiness, dry mouth and eyes.
Sorry, don't know but it would be very long.
I took it for years, until I changed to Bromopheniramine Maleate.

Gentamycin is an antibiotic and Chlorpheniramine Maleate is an antihistamine used for allergies. The dosage is 2 pills twice a day, 12 hours apart. Two pills at the same time, e very 12 hours. Unless your vet told you differently, the eye drops should be used for at least 10 days.
