It's hard to say because Bush won. Remember when a person is campaigning to become President, they talk a good story and they walk the straight walk but once they are elected and seated as President, their political priorities change. Why they change, I have no idea, but, they do. No matter who the President is he or she has a hard job to do because they are suppose to be bias when making decisions for the good of the US and other the world.
