my first monthly bill was not $14.99....it was over $215.86 i have no clue why its like that i do not know if it is a mistake because i told my friend who has the same exact internet as me and he said he only paid 13 dollars on his last bill....this bill ive recieved is out of my internet budget and im not sure if i can pay it so what should i do about this?

Like the others have said, call AT&T internet services. Chances are billing has not caught up yet with your service. Their billing has been known to lag behind, they may have charged you for the full rate. Did you also get the wireless modem? This would also be billed to your phone bill with the $50 credit to be applied.
Again, contact AT&T internet billing, the number is on your phone bill. Also, check the AT&T forum on dslreports.com. Lots of people with similar billing problems have asked questions on that site.

Yeah what Gofik said! Did you have to install a phone line too? They probably also charged for a modem! By the way SISSY, yahoo mail IS part of the dsl package from ATT!

Also, Yahoo and AT&T are 2 different things. AT&T is your internet server provider. Yahoo is a website on the internet

They probably charged you the cost of the modem and any taxes and such. Also, your monthly phone bill is included on the bill, did you take that into consideration?

go back to that site and see if there is a contact number to call them. also look on the bill for a number.

no one here works for yahoo or at&t. we all have accounts here like you.

call at&t ask what is goin on .as you have seen
$14.99 as its advertised on tv
