You diluted the HCl 100 times, thus [HCl]=1/100 =10^-2 M
and because it is a strong acid it dissociates completely giving one H+ per HCl molecule. So [H+]=[HCl]= 10^-2 M

Kw=[H+][OH-]=>
10^-14= 10^-2 * [OH-] =>

[OH-]=10^-12 M
