how to blocked the person on yahoo id if she's offline?

You can block anyone regardless if she's/he's online or offline.

Follow these steps to block a user.
-Login to your YM then click Messenger Menu then Preference.
-on your YM Preference window click Ignore List.
-just Add the user ID of the person you are blocking.

if she is on your yahoo messenger list. simply click her name as if you are sending her a message, when the message box comes up, click on the ignore and you will not get any messages from her even though she sends you one.

if she is offline there is no need to block her.
