I really like Go! by Common...its really great! John Legend usually does some really cool videos as well. And of course Kanye is usually pretty good with his videos. I'm not into the videos with big booties, diamonds, rims, chains, etc. I like the real ones so this is what I'd suggest.

Favorite video right now is still Bossy. She is crazy in this video. Want a good laugh watch Wierd Al Yankoich's "They see me mowin". It is hillarious.
