ALWAYS HAVE SOMEONE PRESENT AND BEST TO PRACTICE IN A GYM OR SOMETHING TO PREVENT INJURY!

Since you aren't gymnast, you can learn on a hill or raised mats. Do what you would like you are going into handstand (except for legs will be separated) and kind of roll out in it. Make sure that your hand are by your ears, and not too far out, and have a lot of power.

A back handspring, you have to have learned a back bend and a back walkover, and have strong arms. Lots of power is needed for this as well. Have a spotter at first, then learn to do it by yourself.
Don't arch too much, that is not the most important thing. Bend your knees, arch back, NOT TOO MUCH, push back with your shoulders as hard as you can. Snap your back in a hollow like position and keep your arms strong and sturdy by your ears. Then push off your hands and land on your feet.

In time, you will get these.

If you want, try theses tricks on the trampoline, it gives you confidence and then you know what to do.

Have fun!

Same way as a gymnast would do it. There is pretty much no other way that is safe. Join a gymnastics class.
