Since their is separation of church ad state. Also, the Bible says the man should put his wife on a peddle stool.

Not only did you MIS-quote, you also didn't finish your biblical quote. I hate it when people do that. The Bible also says for the husband to respect/love his wife. If you love/respect someone, why wouldn't you give them a choice (as long as there is one to be had)?

If a man is dumb enough not to use birth control, then yes since it's the woman's body, she should have the right.
