I haven't played it in a while... but don't you win stupid amounts of money & a really good car for winning the Rally of Corsica (poss. Capri)?
And there's no limit to how many times you can enter :)
Edit:not a real cheat I know, but it funded my entire campaign ;)

there aren't any direct cheats... you need ARMAX or Gameshark Xploder also good
