the duct isn't open

Then don't sit there! Actually check under the dash and make sure the duct work isn't blowing air into the floor, and then check the door in the center cowling under the dash, and make sure it is opening, because it is vacuum activated. it could be a loose hose or loose lever

Not much here like make, year. But I would guess a door didn"t open in your air duct. They are vacuum operated and either a bad switch, door is stuck or vacuum line has cone loose.

had any heater core, or dash work done lately? perhaps a stereo install? I am guessing the duct to the left is disconnected.

make surethe doors are closed all the way, and make sure the ducts are open.
