my b. friend is out on medical leave for the past 3 weeks... well i gave her $300.00-she aked me for it and was very hestiant because of my past leading people $$$$-screwed over royally. she said she'd understand if i didn't give it to her. but i did and now I maybe talked to her 3-4x's since then. i feel very angry and irratted bye it and she doesn't answer her phone either... she's got caller id so she see's when i call. the other night i called 9-12 x's and got a e-mail the next day saying her daughter said i called 9-12x's within the hr???!!! pick up the phone then and tell me this??!! she NEVER goes anywhere but while she's been out on medical she's going out 4-5x's a night??!! I feel used very much and really hurts me too. Yeah, it was a bit much calling her 9-12x's in an hr...but come on!!!!! am I overreacting any??alot?? help??!! If i say anything i will be a real ***** about it..so i say nothing. she said she'll pay me back the 1st check she gets when back at work??!!

plus is she using my $$$$ to go out??!! or did she pay her rent/bills with it??!! i just don't get it??!!! and it's really,really bothering me alot!!!!!!!!!!! is she using me...like everybody else did in my past when i gave them $$$$$$????? we been friends for 3 1/2 yrs too??!! should i end it with her??!! I really want to send her a nasty e-mail but........ i don't know??!!! what to do??!! or feel??!! about this all...........

$300 can be a lot of money for some people. so no, ur not over reacting. If u don't know what shes using it 4 i recomend finding out by any means necessary. u can send her an email, but she'll delete it or ignor it. y is ur friend on medical leave? if she's sick she may be using the $$$$ to pay 4 her dr's bill, and it may take her a while b4 she can pay u. her not responding to ur calls or the door is suspicious especially if as u say she "NEVER goes anywhere". If she is really sick then she isnt trying to be nasty on purpose, but if she isnt then u can be assured that she is being nasty in which case take her to small claims court as thinkofmealwayslver said. That will destroy ur friendship which is a shame, but she basically did that already so its not ur fault.
Overall, ur not overreacting, but u need to wait till u find out 2 things b4 taking her 2 court.
1. how sick she is
2. what she is using the $$$$ for
if she either isnt very sick, or is using ur $$$$ inapropriatly (and certainly if both) take her to small claims court.

first off im sorry that you lost $300 and hopefully you get it back but.. WHY WOULD YOU LET HER BORROW $300..are you crazy.. i mean i understand that you guys are best friends and all but wow that is alot of money.. that is one of the many reasons why i dont trust anyone..
