I belive i was the victim of jealous peolple who could ot perform as well as myself they went to personnel anId said some negativve things . I was called to office told i said thes things with no one else present but myself and the rep from human resourcees, i told her what i did say and what id did not say . she never put down my rebuttals and with in the next few weeks i was fired, i never had a single problem in my jacket no attendance issue, and ws on the the best preforming employees on my floor

Join the club you aren't the first and definately won't be the last. It seems kind of premature for them to fire you so quickly, I am sure there are some kind of procedures they must follow before this is to happen, verbal warning, written warning, etc. Check into it.

No, once they decide to terminate, they don't want to hear your side of the story, they are management.
