If you were told that you had the power to end world hunger by just killing one innocent person, would you do it? (You wouldn't be charged for murder.)

In the end, it is one life versus millions and millions. Would you?

(I will give my opinion when I choose best answer!)

absolutely not. in taking a life to save others you are corrupting society as a whole. what would be the next step? killing 4 to cure all diseases? once a cycle like that begins, there is no ending it. it is not worth one persons blood to save the world because in taking the blood you would be hurting your soul.
a better question would be 'would you allow yourself to be killed to end world hunger?'

Millions of people's lives are on the line, so I probably would... I might not have the strength in me to kill somebody though because I think the only way I could kill somebody is in self defense.
As for the innocent person... Well, hardly anybody is innocent these days... If I HAD to, I'd probably slip something in their food... It'll eat away at my conscience for years, but it's only 2 lives for millions... well, then there are the dead person's relatives and friends and stuff... oh, hell, I'll still kill somebody to end world hunger.

well thats a tough question. There are pros and cons to both sides. I wish I could say I would kill someone and not be charged with it but I don't think I could really and truelly ever do that. So I would have to say no I wouldn't. Sorry all you hungry people.

No, because I would have that on my conscious forever and as a Catholic person I would have to be punished sometime if I did do this and even if I wasn't a Catholic I just wouldn't want to sacrifice someones life for others.

I'm not sure...you see Murder is against God's Commandments so it would be a sin. Eternal Death is much worse than going to jail on earth.

Depends on who I had to kill. I'm not sure I have it in me to kill just anyone but there are a couple of people that really deserve it so I guess if I could choose who to kill-maybe.
