I recently bought a long tiered chocolate brown broomstick skirt and am wondering if it is out of fashion or is it still in. If it is still in what kind of top would go well with it?

im afraid not..
i hope you saved your reciept though..
it could pass for a random vintage/hippie look though..
throw on an old teeshirt with it and let down your hair and it could look okay..
but for wearing to a fancy place.. keep it in the closet

Some people used to believe and still do in the superstition that if a broomstick falls company is coming and more times than not it is unwelcome company.

They're only in if you are dressed as a witch for a Halloween party. I'd suggest an orange, torn tunic with a witch hat. Pointy-toed shoes elongate legs in addition to looking rather witchy.
