Well, really, how can a guy that used to love a girl hurt her so much? How can a person fall out of love so fast and keep hurting that person? How cold of a heart can a guy have to tell his exgirlfriend that he doesn't love her anymore (in a very mean way)? HOW! Any words of wisdom or advice on how to move on and get over the pain?

1. Avoid talking to him or situations where you have to be social with him.
2. Lavender bubble bath, tea-light candles, and loud music ( i prefer country not all but there are some good stuff out there )
3. Pick up some hobbies that require alot of your attention.
4. Write in a journal, or book.
5. Invite some close friends over and have movie night.Order pizza.
6.Clean the house, organize your stuff, put everything from him away, in a safe place if you wanna keep it, sooner or later you'll just wanna throw it out, but dont leave it out to torture you.

Honey! People are not always going to tell you things just the way you want them to --get on with your life and get over it. The guy is a jerk and he really didn't care about you in the first place. He probably told he loved you so he could get in your pants and now he is ready to move on.

Obviously he didn't really love you. That should be enough to know you don't want to waste anymore energy or time thinking about him and what a jerk he is. Don't give him the satisfaction of knowing how much he hurt you by giving him a second thought.

guys can be such jerks and although he told u in a mean way that he doesnt care anymore u gotta move on im not saying its gonna be easy cause it wont be it will be even harder if u have to see him all the time but just remeber that there are many more guys out there and not all of them are jerks

get over the pain by pampering yourself and start to love yourself, have confidence in yourself. go out and have fun. you know, guys like that are ****heads. think about all the BAD things he's done to you and keep thinking about it...that will put you off and think that afterall he ain't freaking worth it. think about it, there's so many other guys out there waiting for you...
forget that jerk, obviously he does not respect your feelings.

there is a thin line between love and hate. Are you being to aggressive? or pushy? just let it be. If he truly loves you he will eventually come back to you. Keep your head up sweetie!
