They had an altercation on the set. they are not disclosing what it was over. This is not Washington's first such altercation. They are fine with the situation now.

I heard about it and supposedly Isiah Washington called the guy who plays "George" a ****** and McDreamy told him to pick on someone his own size and then Isiah Washington ended up choking McDreamy. I even heard that Isiah Washington made a comment like...Wow I never knew Patrick Dempsy's eyes were THAT blue...i guess because he had never been that close to him as he was when he was choking him!

Yes. Rumor has it that they were fighting over Isaiah Washington calling TR Knight (who is openly gay) a "f****t". Patrick Dempsey told him to pick on someone his own size, and it caused a scuffle.
That's all just rumor, though, and I really hope it's been taken out of proportion!
