Yes violence is increasing in schools.. Just look at the recent attacks of schools in the country. Also, fights are increasing here. Idk about there.

More demanding schedule in learning
Give the kids less time to do things that will get them in trouble. No cell phones, pagers, etc. No talking. Bring back religion in school. Bring back corporal punishment.
