Headaches are generally caused by four things:

1. Health Condition
2. Displaced vertabrae
3. Stress
4. Types of food

Avoid caffiene, develop a meditation plan or at least 20 minutes of stress-free time during your day (I recommend listening to Liquid Mind ... it is healing music, designed to resonate with your body's natural rhythms and facilitate peace and, therefore, healing. Other healing music by Llewellyn and Medwyn Goodall, Merlin's Magic and the Guo Brothers. I have all of them and would be happy to send some to you.)

Before you get stressed over something, stop and think just how much the situation will matter to you a year from now ...five years from now. Chances are you will laugh over it and let it go.

A chiropractor is absolutely amazing when it comes to health matters. I highly recommend a visit to one. Not only will he painlessly realign your spine, but you will feel health benefits in virtually all aspects of your body's functions.

Remember ... stress does not solve anything. It simply isn't worth the wrinkles, girl!

Could be stress, could be sinuses, could be migraines or it could be something else. You might want to see a doc, they might be able to help you and if it something serious, it's important to get treated.

Do you wear glasses or contacts? If not, it could be eyestrain from the computer.
