for makeup, you should do black eyeliner, blue/purple eyeshadow, pink cheeks, and shiny lipgloss.
for hair, go for light colors... buy temporary hair dye go for some highlights.

Basicly, the makeup has to be preppy && perfect.Try light pink lips, pink blush, black eyeliner, LOTS of mascarra for thick, vloumounous lahes, and lastly, neutral eyeshadow.
For hair, I'd do it really over the top with curls and a ton of hairspray. Good Luck.

for the hair i suggest doing a blowout with a little curl, or if you have short hair, get a really pretty wig. for makeup, do pale pink lips and preppy eyes.

... um u should curl it or straiten it and put on plum or a lighter color
