Are you going to ride between now & then? If yes, practice counting strides into your fence: 3 strides out do a count down, "3,2,1,jump". Also practice keeping the same rhythm - say to yourself as you canter round, "Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday, Friday" If you can say this without rushing or dragging it out, you've got a good pace.

If you won't get to ride, then visualize how you want it to go on Sunday. Get there in plenty of time to meet up with the horse you'll be riding - groom him/her to bond, check your tack& tack up, then a nice relaxing warm-up. Don't concentrate on getting it right in the warm-up - now is not the time to worry bout things you've been meaning to 'fix' with your riding. Have fun, watch the other riders, learn some new things, and enjoy the day.

Good luck, =D

If you can't ride your horse, you either need to sell it and buy one that you can ride, or go take lessons on it. As for the show Sunday you are either going to have to borrow one, ride your own, or not go... Good Luck, and look into lessons

I suppose you can practice by falling off of a similar height to practice your landing and wear heavily padded clothes.
Choice #2. take a bunch of pennies to Target or K-Mart and ride the electric pony out front.
