If it is heredity you can get medical treatment to prevent it. If not, STOP dying or perming your hair. Any chemical treatment like that is very damaging to the roots of your hair. I know because it happened to me. Don't worry your body will repair itself over time from toxic reactions.

It's perfectly normal to shed up to 200 hairs per day, and when your hair is long, this can seem like a hell of a lot! If your hair is visibly thining at your scalp, or your have bald patches, then definitely see a doctor.

Depends on if it's just shedding or if there are patches coming out. But it could be stress, malnutrition, iron deficiency or some other medical condition... or maybe it's just because of your hair care routine... you need to get checked by a doctor to rule stuff out, and try switching shampoos/conditioners/maintenance.

like how bad of hair loss?
cuz im 16 and i shed about an average of 50-60 strands of hair a day... but my reason is that I have very thick hair... and lots of it.

Stress, poor diet,or some more serious issues could be the cause. See a doctor.
