I just had to repair an outside yard faucet, and the pipe was PVC. I primed , glued , and then set the connection back up with the regular PVC glue. I did this about 30 mins ago and it's about 60 degrees out and the sun is setting. How long do i have to wait for it to set before i can turn the water back on again?

Your good now. Open the faucet to bleed the air out as you
turn the water on. Once you get a steady stream of water, turn
it off.

Your wait can be less time than it took for you to type your question. A half hour is over-generous. It was just about ready once you could not twist off the new section. Assuming you followed directions about the priming and how to dry fit and glue then you are already good to go leakproof.

should be good to go, but would not hurt to wait till morning. At 70 degrees, five minutes is plenty, but I give it an hour. In a rush to water or wash the car?

you should be ok now- the full cure time is about 24 hours, but the glue usually is strong enough after 5-10 minutes

It all depends upon which PVC glue you used.
Some are fast set, others are slow set.
Read the can and follow their recomendations.
