sallys beauty supply, they have what they call sally girl nail polish, its usally at the front, adn you get a little bottle for like $.99 and it looks small but youll get your use out of it, theyre always soo cute, and i enjoy them, its really the only kind i buy anymore!!

go to the nearest cvs, food store that sells make up, rite aid, or another drug store and look for the brands wet n'' wild. Also NYC is cheap too. I think they are both $1.00 each. You could also see whats on sale. Hope this helps

Try any local beauty supply store. Sally, which is nearest me, has several different brands that are sheer, and every color you can imagine!
