YES -- no wonder it was a problem -- you two are STILL involved with each other -- and the 2nd marriage failed (because, rightly, the 2nd wife felt that she was just an aside in the marriage -- that the 1st (the ex) was your real concern) due to this PROBLEM!

So yes, BOTH of you should have settled this problem long ago -- and get the financial ties and other ties CUT completely and permanently. OTHERWISE -- all your future relationships will be affected in a NEGATIVE way by this continual tie to a previous ex.

If she can afford to buy you out and you both want her to. You don't say why you didn't do it before, but you probably had good reasons and it's up to you to determine if they still exist. You should probably work out what your share of the equity is, since she's been the one making the payments for the last 20 years, it might not be that much. But it shouldn't be an issue for any future spouse, it's YOUR property.

Listen buddy,

This is her house, She has made all the payments and now you wanna Screw her?

Just Give her the house free and clear. and too bad for the people who are jealous

If you don't tell them you are CO-OWNER

then they'll never know

Pretend you are Not the Co- owner

But just a Ex husband

-And say you have been making payments on the house and not just paying Child support.

I mean its her decision. Its her house,

And your other wives have no say so.
and her New husband doesn't either.

he might try to screw your ex wife over, and in doing so he'll screw your kids over,

did you ever think of that.

if I were you I'd give it to the kids. this way its
THEIR EQUITY.

And bottom line- it'll belong to your kids

You won't live forever- and this marriage won't last either.

If you didn't take care of this when you divorced you may have a problem doing anything about it now!
