could i use a ebo 250 watt on a 220 tank ?,the ave. temp. is 76 deg.?

If your house temp is close to 76 then it may but it will be working very hard all the time to keep it up. That is very little wattage for a tank that big and the whole tank may not be an even heat. It's better to get two heaters.
