It does make my day when I get a best answer. I always am eager to read the asker's comments. I always resolve my questions because I only ask stuff that I really want to know about. Monetary prizes would be nice. Heaven knows they have enough advertising on here, perhaps some of the advertisers could cough up some prizes. What do you think?

A dollar a point would be a good prize. As long as I'm dreaming, I'd like a Lear jet and a date with Penelope Cruz.

I love giving out best answers, that's why I ask so many questions. When I get picked, I usually share my best answers with a couple of people I'm friends with here by emailing or IM'ing them...
I think the laughs and the smiles I get are a good enough prize :)

It's nice to get picked for best answer but it doesn't make me act all happy-go-lucky or anything.
I like to award points because I like being nice to people.
Money would be excellent. Lots of money.

i feel good because i feel like i helped someone. i dont want to throw a party for myself or anything but i smile to myself. i'm also competitive, so the points are a plus there too.
i think the prize should be just pride in knowing that you were able to help someone.

It makes me feel good when I'm picked for best answer, especially if the asker picked me rather than putting it to a vote. if the asker picks me it's more personal and makes me feel like I really helped them in some way.
