Cry about it, because its gone and you're never getting it back unless they feel like returning it to you. Cops won't do anything. Apple wont help you, neither will god. So cry. :*-(

Report to the Police, if you have the serial number of the IPOD, perhaps you can claim insurance for it.

First off you should have never took it to school and if you did you should have kept it with you at all times, anyway if you still have your warranty you might be able to replace it, if not good luck finding it ( yeah right)

well if your name is engraved on it then you have an easy solution. but theres always a serial number but idk if that wpould do you anygood its not liek a cell fone or crdit card that you can just cancel.
