okthis boy sits next to me because thats the way our seating arangement is and the boy in front of us was teaseing me saying i like that boy and then he said that me and the boy were lovers and the boy said nothing , this boy touches me alot like on my nees or arms or when he walks by me he swishes my hair and he makes me laugh, but he has a girls friend so why does he act this way?

Sure sounds like he likes you. Most guys are not into the whole 'one gf' at a time thing like most girls are...they feel free to date more then one at a time. Though he might just want you for sex.
