I need to lose 60 lbs. I just can't. I try for two month at a time and do not lose one pound. What is the best way to do it? I usally eat a breakfats an example of a breakfast I might eat is 3 eggs, 2 pieces of toast, and 3 pieces of bacon, a lunch might be a sobway i footer, a snack size bag of chips and 2cookies. A dinner might contain 1 1/2 stake I large potato loaded with tons of butter and sour cream, and a corn on the cob. A snck is a bag of ranch rice cakes. When I am dieting. I really do not exersice. I just don't know how to eat and how to exercise the rigth way.

Please tell me you are trolling. Seriously. Look at your eating habits, it's no wonder you are not losing weight.

1. Your meals are WAY TOO HUGE. Get in touch with a dietitician to plan your meals INCLUDING PORTION CONTROL. Really, you should keep your calories under 1500 and right now you are WAY OVER.

2. Exercise doesn't have to be a boot camp training session. Walking briskly for 30 minutes a day is exercise. Park your car far from the entrance of the store or mall and walk more. Take a dance class. Ride a bicycle.

Just to give you an idea of where you are calorically, I did the math (courtesy of Calorie King).

3 fried eggs no oil = 277 Calories
2 slices plain white toast = 160 Calories
3 strips fried bacon = 130 Calories
BREAKFAST = 567 Calories

1 footlong Subway BMT with fixin's = 900 Calories
1 small bag of chips = 140 Calories
2 cookies = 120 Calories
LUNCH = 1160 Calories

12oz steak = 446 Calories
1 large baked potato, 1 tbsp butter, 3 tbsp sour cream = 433 Calories
1 large ear of corn, no butter = 118 Calories
DINNER = 997

well the 1st thing u have to do is give up the bread ,potatoes , bacon ,chips ,cookies ,butter,, sourcream the rice cakes r all right only not the whole bag. look u could probably loose some weight if u cut what u eat right now in half at each and every meal. but the best way is give up the bread and pasta and eat fruit and vegetables, but u can't eat them in the quantiies ur r eating. drink lots of water. u don't say what u drink. and u have to find a source of exercise walking, dancing biking something. i also strongly suggest u join a support group like curves or quick weight lose center or la weight lose. in fact i think ur absolute best bet is to join a support group. u can do it if u really want to . good luck.

I don't know if your up for it or not, but I joined my high school swim team , which lasted about 2-3 months and lost like 40-50 lbs.. If not that then I would say join a sports team of some kind and keep up the dieting. Or, there are club like things you can go to, like weight watchers, which i don't know if they have a age requirement for.
What I do, is I try to stay out of the house , or away from the kitchen, and stay busy. Cause if you don't think of food or don't see food.. you wont eat as much or as likely to eat as much.

walk walk walk walk walk and lose the sodas drink water i lost 40 lbs in 30 days doing that walk walk walk
