I need to lose 60 lbs. I just can't. I try for two month at a time and do not lose one pound. What is the best way to do it? I usally eat a breakfats an example of a breakfast I might eat is 3 eggs, 2 pieces of toast, and 3 pieces of bacon, a lunch might be a sobway i footer, a snack size bag of chips and 2cookies. A dinner might contain 1 1/2 stake I large potato loaded with tons of butter and sour cream, and a corn on the cob. A snck is a bag of ranch rice cakes. When I am dieting. I really do not exersice. I just don't know how to eat and how to exercise the rigth way.
