1. milk, definitely, or else its kind of like chocolate flavored water.
2. yes, i have dipped peanut butter toast in hit chocolate for as long as i can remember. it is best when the bread is cinnamon raisin.

Hot chocolate is ALWAYS better with milk. I've never tried peanutbutter toast with it, but it sounds wonderful....thanks for the tip!
