i need make this qwekly -but i cant make this in WU office -becose in INDIA Western Union only payot -not send!

Do you have a U.S. credit card, by any chance? Then you can try sending it by WU "from" U.S.
Use MoneyGram (https://www.emoneygram.com/eMoneyGram/index.do) instead.

well you can use E-gold to send money to anybody anywhere provided the person has an account.you can also use paypal too.
