I wish the dream was chasing me because then all i had to do was stop and the dream would come to me. But I'm chasing the dream and i dont seem to be getting no where.

I chase the dream as the dream cannot chase me or anyone for that fact. Im still chasing it and you never know, I might just catch it one of these days if I stay focused enough.

I've got the dream I dreamed so many years ago -- I was able to retire (from the Military) and now am (FINALLY!) an Empty-Nesting Long Term Single Parent.
Secure because I EARNED my pension, secure because I sacrificed and paid for my OWN HOME, and secure because I've done my best to launch my children as adults into the world -- and I am finished with caring for others and now it is time for me -- and yes, I AM grabbing for NEW dreams and new life -- starting with a re-return to College (and I already have Graduate Degrees) to take courses NOW for FUN -- so that I can keep active well into my next few decades of life.

Its kind of a game of hide and seek. A lot of the time I'm chasing, but sometimes I run away and hide.
