I have had six kids and yes you will have pains off and on. It is just your body adjusting to something that has never been there. But if it gets to bad you may want to see your doctor.

Are you having cramps like menstrual cramps? Is it the time your would have been having your period? You may cramp and even bleed a little when your period is due. This does not mean you are losing the baby. I had a big flow during my third month. I was devastated but the doctor told me not to worry. I had a 9 pound baby 6 moths later.

Call the doctor and talk to him. Also, rest, put your feet up and you can put ice on your abdomen. Do not put heat on your abdomen. Do not take any medicine unless the doctor tells you to take something. Especially, do not take aspirin.

Pains are normal, but if it continues you need to see a doctor. Not trying to scare you because it could just be NORMAL pregnancy pains with your body trying to adapt to a new growing baby inside of you, but pains that continue for days and days could mean something else. I am 4 months prego and I did experience pains early myself, but today my baby is normal and healthy. So dont dwell on it, just keep on doing healthy things for you and your baby and make sure you go to all your doc visits! I hope the best for you and your baby! Congrats!

its very normal, in fact~you might feel aches and pains through the entire pregnancy. i know it sucks, but its part of the whole 40 week process of making a baby inside your belly. The reason your aches are in your belly is because your uterus is stretching to get ready for a baby. your uterus dont stop streatching until you have the baby. Then after you have the baby, it still hurts because your uterus has to swell back down. But its worth it in the end. Have fun and good luck hun

Call your OBGYN and ask to speak to the nurse - be able to describe the type of pain you are feeling (aching, stabbing, burning, whatever) and whether you are having any discharge...they should be able to tell you over the phone if what you are feeling is normal or if you need to come in for an evaluation.

Cramping in the first trimester is normal. As long as the pain isn't accompanied by spotting, you should be okay. If you're still concerned, notify your doctor. He may request an early ultrasound.

Yes it is normal... you will have cramping type pains on and off for a little while longer... as long as you aren't having any red blood discharge... you should be fine. But if you are worried you should see your doctor. Peace of mind and all!
