I had two girls and with both of them I was very small and my belly button never poked out. But I am 26 weeks with a boy and huge, and I think it might poke out this time. Did yours poke out, and if so how long till it did? Was it over night, or did it take a while and slowely poke out? Thanks to all who answer.

I just think it is rather cute, I have also heard that it never goes back to normal. I don't mind either way, but everyone at my doctors has a little bump there, and I still have a hole. he he

With my first pregnancy my belly button didn't poke out until maybe 8 months and it did it gradually, this one I am 5 months and it is already starting to get there very slowly not yet to where you can see it from looking at me from the side

yes that happend to me to and felt it was over night which is perfectly normal ,due to all the expanding of your belly and boy growing . Usually goes back when you have deliverd

I'm 25 weeks and mine hasn't yet. I'm not sure if it will, but it is getting shallow. It appears smaller than before. I wonder if it will.

Nope.

Everyone told me mine would -- rather gleefully, it seemed.

But it never did.

It DID, however, get shallower. Permanently shallower. And it's no longer as sensitive. (It used to hurt badly if you stuck your finger in it.)
