I want to know whether this exp. will be counted for MBA as I want to do MBA after 2-3 years or not ;or should I change the field.I m an engineering Graduate(2006 passout). Please guide me. ThanQ

Hi,

If you continue in this BPO organization then after MBA you will get an edge in BPO industry, thats for sure.

BPO is going to stay and is growing at good pace. Its you call to go in engineering field or continue in BPO. But Exp is always given weitage in MBA. Stll you need to clear the CAT or other such competitive test
