Always wondered that myself. Have no idea. But i guess that it means there are better days to come.

Because you look at it that way. Instead of looking at it as one bad occurrence and handling it and getting over it...you allow it to build up and pile on...I learned that from my therapist...I still have days like that, so it didn't really help to learn that.
