We usually expect the worst, and seldom do things ever turn out for the worst. They almost always turn out for the best.

Generally things used to turn out better - even if only slightly - but thats just because I can be a bit dramatic and pesimistic. However when the point came that I realised that things usually turn out to be slightly better than I expect - I started to take account of this when expecting - so now things turn out to be much closer to what I expect them to be as my expectations have risen - although there are always the few nasty surprises and far fewer good surprises!

depends on how you look at life sweetie....if you believe that life in general is good, then the things that don't work out don't bother you too much. Have a good attitude toward things. There are some things you just can't change or fix. Accept that part, and the stuff that falls into place shines brighter, looks better and is better. Look toward the stars dear; look at the night and see the beauty of life and you will not be disappointed. I promise.

It really depends on a person and their moods, or should I say, "expectations".

Generally those who have very high expectaions experience a bit of a down fall. Those that don't have high expectations, usually find they were blown away by the unexpected.

I always expect the worst.

its not always better or worse. its more of you didnt expect it to go that way, so you are unprepared. At this point, you can make it a good thing, but alot of people hesitate or do something stupid because they dont think which makes the outcome bad.
