Yes you have every right to move on with your life.

If you divorced it was probably for a reason. Why delay your happiness. Move on and feel great about it.

Do things that get your mind off the divorce and keep it pushin.

Sure, love is one of the forces of nature... You will love regardless of whether or not you had been divorced. How to prove it? Love doesn't need proof. Being honest with yourself counts as sufficient "proof". It's up to the other person to either trust you, or not.
