I'm working on a paper and am trying to compare control premium indices, stock market growth, and some other variables. I've searched several databases and online journals, and have come up with some interesting articles, but not the numbers or graphic interpretations for the control premiums. If ANYBODY can help me I would appreciate it. Thanks!

Do you mean "corporate control premium"? Check academic articles by LaPorta, Lopez de Silvanes, Shleifer and Vishny. They have a series of articles of corporate governance around the world and their corporate governance database might be available through their personal websites.
For stock market growth check major exchanges databases in each country like NYSE in the U.S. (in Russia it's called RTS, I believe)
