It's a liquid. Any temperature below 16.6 degrees (C?) and it will be a solid. Above 16.6 degrees C and below 118.1 degrees C and it will be a liquid. Any temperature above 118.1 degrees C and it will be a gas.

I know because, a, it's simple logic,and b, I was a Bio major and I had inorganic and organic chem classes to complete my degree.
