He still owned the Cards after he washed it off. Kenny Rogers cheating is just an excuse for the Cards' loss. Ricky Lee can burn in hell.

Yes, it was pine tar or something to help him with his grip and he knew it. He got caught. No matter it was washed off early and he still pitched good.

It doesnt matter if he was or not. Because the way I see it....The first inning he did Fantastic and in the second inning he washed it off and he still did fantastic so what ever it was it didnt effect him when he washed it off.
