Yes it is a freephone number so ring it and find out, everyone else is probably doing that right now just to answere you question, but not me, I'm not a mug!

Try to ring the number would be the easiest way. If you don't want them to see that you are calling, use a pay phone. Isn't there a directory you can ring and ask them? Or your phone company? Local telephone directory online?
