Go as a "flasher". Just wear an old rain coat, a felt hat, black socks and clunky shoes. Only have on a pair of funny Halloween boxer shorts on underneath. Then you can "flash" people: Happy Halloween.

haha . . . this is just an add on to one of the previous answers about the flasher, i was planning to do that but you could go get white boxers and draw a penis on it . . . haha or if you dont mind it, go get one of those male thongs that have animals on em, like an elephant or parrot . . . haha
