if someone acts like They Don't Hear u, Do u Think They don't hear u r not Listening 2 u?

I HAVE A CO-WORKER WHO WHEN YOU ASK HER A QUESTION OR STATE A COMMENT SHE WILL SAY "OH HUH, WERE YOU TALKING TO ME? IS SHE RUDE OR WHAT?

That is really annoying.
I find that it is best to give the person who acts like that the benefit of the doubt. whether you like it or not, some people are so used to facing you on a one on one basis before they pay attention.
I think it all depends on how they were brought up.
If you grew up in a large family you are so used to hearing multiple conversations all at once, pay attention to one or all of them and still get the full story of those single side conversations. Now you will tend to expect that from others and find that many are extremely slow and you might even think that they are playing dumb or actually dumb.
If your co worker acts like that, maybe she also has a hearing problem so observe if she will lean towards you as you are talking , and putting forward one ear instead of facing you up front.
Just be nice, not everyone is as fast on the draw as you.
Before I forget, the older people get, the less they concentrate. so be patirent.

No, she is not rude.
Some people wander off into daydreams, and are not conscious of what is happening around them until something occurs to wake them up.
People who are able to concentrate totally on the task in hand, are able to shut off everything else.
It is an ability which only a few people possess, but these people are often more spiritually advanced than pthers.

Try and get her attention b4 you speak to her. Say her name b4 talking. If that doesn't work, then she's being rude.
