Get a lottery grant, they seem to cater for people like you. You don't want to apply to be a British citizen or you will end up with zilch and have to work hard to keep paying for all you immigrants.

you can work hard, earn some money, get british residence (no idea how u can do this) only then you can buy here.
bu the way, to buy a very small place you will need around 20-30 thousand pounds deposit.
