I'm thinking of buying a new winter coat from Wal-Mart. Does anyone wear a coat from there and if so, how does it hold up when its cold outside?

Sure, it's cold here ! Walmart's products are as good as Meijer or Target. I don't like Walmart because of some of their policies, but I shop there occasionally because the price is right. You will not get a coat that will last for years if worn every day, on the other hand, it will keep you warm for a couple years.

I'm not a guy, but my coat is from Wal-Mart. It works very well & it's a lost less expensive than if I'd bought it at a name brand joint.

I did last winter and the inside lining ripped and the seams are bad. I would go for a more quality coat like Jansport, it will last way longer and save you money in the long run.

I don't but I don't think there's anything wrong with the coats in Wal-Mart.

Here in Soputh Texas VERY FEW poeple own coats. Winter season is very mild.

I have worn coats from Wally World and they are just fine. Just wear layers when it gets really cold.

Well I got a childs coat from there once. It held up fine. Plus I got a black pea coat there once and I still got it...Been years ago.

of course! that place is off the chain!!!!! it has like everything and i out of a ton of people isn't ashamed to say i shop there and wear clothing there. even if people say their like cheap and crappy i personally say they are very cool and are just like any other brand u buy at the mall. and they do last long!
