Everytime he's deployed and calls home, my heart skips a beat. There's so many emotions wrapped in one small phone call. Even after 18 years in the Army, we're more in love than the day we got married. Crazy man called me today in the middle of training to tell me he could imagine me knocking someone out. Told me that and he loved me and hung up without barely a word from me. How can that not make your day?? How can your heart not pound??
